Well, have you given up yet? I know this one was a little more obscure, but it has an interesting answer though.
The Name “Badfinger” came about as a result of the bands promotion by members of the Beatles. The song “With a Little Help From my Friends” was originally called “Badfinger Boogie” and I believe it was Paul McCartney thought it would be a cool name for this new band they were helping to get a start.
Actually the original name of the song itself would have been a great trivia question in itself. Well until next time, keep sharpening your Music Trivia skills.
